Candidate’s current salary details will be clearly presented to the client prior to the interview, ensuring no confusion on parity of payments would arise at any later stage. The offer process will be managed by a seasoned consultant, making sure a smooth process of offer issuance and acceptance.
We take into account the possibility of counter offers. RecruitPlus strives to prevent this from happening from the start of our screening process, both in written & verbal format. We communicate the likelihood of a counter offer scenario and evaluate all relevant risks involved with the candidate in a longer term if he or she is to consider a possible counter offer proposal.
